Justin and Mark did an absolutely wonderful job replacing our hot water heater! They were finished the same day we called and at less than half the price we were quoted elsewhere! Both were very friendly and professional and did a quality job (even got the father seal-of-approval afterward)! Their scheduling staff were also very nice and efficient in getting our problem dealt with, can't recommend enough!

Jeff goes above and beyond!He arrived promptly, he shared the issue and the solution in a calm and easy manner. Although I don't know anything about plumbing, he certainly helped me feel like I did! In checking the original request for service, Jeff found an additional urgent issue and FIXED it. He cleaned up after himself and left with a smile! John and his team are the best! I needed a kitchen faucet replaced in an emergency, and he was there and done before noon of the morning I called. Also, a couple of years ago, I had a carbon monoxide alarm go off in my house, on a Saturday. John had one of his guys there thar day, and spent a couple of hours on repairs on my 50 year old heater. Amstel has serviced the plumbing and heating systems in my house for over 30 years, and I don't see any reason to change. Great company!
