“For my wedding on May 4, 2024, Gloss did an AMAZING job with my and my bridal party’s hair and makeup! They came to the hotel where we were getting ready, arriving punctually and fully prepared. My hair has always been black! I mean jet black! Not knowing that boxed hair dye can damage your hair in the long run. I’ve always wanted to change my hair to a burgundy color, and my stylist did just that! After carefully explaining every detail and warning that my hair was not going to change colors instantly or even overnight, it will take a few sessions because of the intense black box dye I had. Ana, carefully and professionally lifted my hair from jet black to a beautiful burgundy with strawberry highlights! Ana explained every details and answers all questions! It took several weeks to get it to what I would call my perfect burgundy hair color. Ana SNAPPED! She did her thing. I cannot wait for my appointment that’s coming up! One things for sure and 2 for certain, As clients we need to understand that things happen and if the stylist was willing to not only provide a refund but correct you hair what’s the problem? It takes time Sis. But let me reassure you that everywhere I go I get amazing and positive compliments! “My Wife found Fusion, we are new to Delaware so my wife was extremely happy with Stephanie. My first haircut was at another salon I showed the stylist a picture of how I wanted my hair she said no problem. When she was done she turned me around to see how she cut my hair. My first thought was well hair grows back and I’ll be wearing a hat for the next month. 5 months later after my wife got her hair done by Stephanie I took a shot because my wife was extremely happy. Again I took my picture and was assured it could be done. End result was my cut was Picture PERFECT Stephanie killed it. She was extremely personable, she listened and took her time. “I had never been here before, but I had a gift card and stopped in with my family one day to get some hair products. We didn't have any services done, just shopped the store. The whole main area is a store with hair products for men and women. They also had makeup, nail polish, and jewelry from a vendor for sale. The staff was so kind and courteous to us, answering questions about products and engaging with my kiddo. I expected the environment to be a little stiff, but it was warm and welcoming. The employees' interactions made me wish I was there for a service! On the way out the door, my daughter immediately asked when can we come back?“
