This has been put second new construction home and we are very happy...new construction is never perfect, but we are happy. We had minor issues with our floor, but Fernmoor addressed fairly quickly considering COVID delays and lack of staff. The price was right for us and we feel we invested in a great neighborhood and a gem in the rough the town of Milton...the times and neighborhood overall are charming and we couldn't ask for better neighbors and community!Service: Repair flooring

We are so happy that we chose Heritage Creek, love the location. We love living all on one floor with an open and airy floorplan.
