The guys showed up on time and they were warm and friendly. We bought an air conditioner to replace our broken wall unit but could not find any local company that would install it. My husband and I are 75 and 65 respectively. We could not lift the 100lb unit or we would have done it ourselves. Not only did Climate Experts of Delmarva install the unit, they gave us a great price and two really nice guys installed it. AND on the hottest day of the year! We are now sitting in our living room, cool as cucumbers and thanking our lucky stars that Climate Experts of Delmarva was willing and able to help us. If you want local care and attention then this is the company for you.
Kevin let me know, via text, that he was en route to our house for our appointment. He checked thev issue with our downstairs unit and made sure it was operating properly. Very professional and thorough. Thank you Clinate Experts!
This was our first time using The Climate Experts of Delmarva for our HVAC maintenance. Their twice a year contract outlines the details of what would be done. They were on time and communicated every step of the way. Would definitely recommend.
