We received a phone call about our condo stating there was water leaking into the unit below us and Jack was right on it! He went to our unit & determined that we did not have any leaky pipes. Jack was friendly, professional & compassionate about the situation (we are out of state & Jack understood that & worked with us). We would hire Jack again.

Discovered a leak in plumbing one morning. Called two plumbers. Both were weeks out scheduling service. Jack's office said they could have someone out within 4 hours. Jack's arrived and fixed. Saved my day.
