We had Jeff to come fix our thermostat. Excellent timely service and very courteous where he walked me through everything. Signed up for the annual maintenance service plan due to the great service. So happy to find this company!
Technician called ahead of time to let me know when he would arrive. Mindful of my home. Performed tankless flush. Very professional. Provided feedback. Have ued this company for years and pleased with the service.
The technician was here on time as promised, Mike is his name ( sorry I forgot his last name), he was very nice did a through inspection and found the problem. Then he worked 4 hours to correct the bad installation that was done. Now we're waiting for the company to call and let us know when we get our laundry floor redone.
