Arrived to family home very late at night and found half my outlets not working. I called Satterfield and Ryan at 7:00 AM. I spoke to Wes. How refreshing it was to speak to someone who was kind , positive and upbeat. We discussed my issues. I was getting ready to call him out and discovered what was causing the issue. Although I was able to correct the issue on my own, Satterfeld and Ryan will have all my electrical business moving forward. When someone shows you who they are- believe them. I knew within the first few minutes of our conversation, Wes knew what he was talking about, had integrity, was trustworthy and kind. Wes and crew always comes to our rescue! Our generator has a mind of its own, and in this storm, it didn’t want to work! He answered the phone at 9:30pm, tried troubleshooting over the phone and then drove over in the pouring rain! Thankfully it was an easy fix but we appreciate the service! Highly recommend as we are planning to add a generator at our office as well!

These folks serviced my Generac generator and I found they provide good, prompt service at reasonable prices. I needed to replace the old generator and was given an excellent home evaluation to choose the best unit for my needs. The price was in line with my budget and the installation was done quickly.
