La Red dental was amazing! When I was registering I did not have a dental card just insurance and the registrar took my card and offered to call my insurance. I was taken back to am exam room and the dental tech did a great great job cleaning my teeth. Dr came in and explained issue I had and had a solution to help. When I was checking out the registrar confirmed she did get through and confirm my dental insurance. Now that is going above and beyond! Thank you, La Red Milford!!!!

I don't like that you can't call the office directly. You have to call the main line and select an option. Its a real pain. They should set it up to where you call and then select which location you want. Children's Pedestrians and Associates in Washington, DC has it set up that way. Someone should look into revamping the phone system so that it doesn't take so much time trying to get through. The staff is nice enough. Even though I get the impression that some of them don't want to be there. They are, however, still kind and professional.Also, they don't give you print out of the doctor's visit with the stats of your child. They need a patient portal where...read full review
