We started having an issue with water spots showing up on the ceiling of our master bedroom after multiple days of heavy rains. From what I could see, it looked like the collar around the vent pipe had cracked. I called and Robert came out to check it out, and said he could repair everything while he was there. That was fantastic, since we have never had a company do same day work. The work he did was fantastic and even explained exactly what he was going to do. Our roof is starting to get up there in age, and know when we go to have it replaced, Grant and Sons is the first one we are going to call. Stellar job!Service: Attic venting repairs

Grant and Sons did the roof on my pre1900's house in Harrington, De. It had three layers of old asphalt shingles over cedar shakes. It was a big, nasty job. But Bob, and his crew, came in handled business. Not only were they the cheapest but they knocked it out in short order. Please don't base your choice on how someone feels about their experience with the secretary. These guys are the real deal.

Fast and reasonably priced service for roof repair. For decades my family has used Grant & Son for decades for several roof replacements and repairs in residences, rental houses, and garages. We wouldn't consider any other roofing company.
