“In August 2022, we bought a Country Life Home in Homestead Manor in Milford, DE. We love our home! Although there is never a perfectly built home, it is important to have a quality built home followed with an excellent, responsive builder. This builder is local to our town so we are able to communicate easily with them about any issues that need addressing (which have been minor punch list items). We had a thorough inspection done by an independent inspection company prior to buying the house. The inspector was impressed with how the house was built all the way from the roof to throughout the crawl space, all installed equipment, etc.We have also noticed the difference in quality when looking at other homes built by other builders in the area and are thankful we bought a Country Life Home. Our home came with quartz countertops in the kitchen and slow-close cabinets in the kitchen. The toilets are great (flush everything away with power!) The inside temperature of the house stays consistent no matter what the weather has thrown at us. We have turned the system off and the temperature outside has fluctuated up into the nineties and down into the forties, yet the temperature inside only fluctuates by a degree or two. It is well insulated which calculates to nice energy savings. The garage is large (which my husband appreciates). We have luxury vinyl planking on the floors throughout the house. The floors have held up great so far. We have moved heavy furniture across them and dropped some heavy things, all with no damage to the floors. Overall, we are very happy with our home.“
