I have been working out with CNU for 2 months now and I am very impressed by their professionalism and dedication. I am a former athlete, PE teacher and coach. I need someone to push me. I also have my limitations now with fibromyalgia and bad knees, hips and back. They build the perfect program that fits all my needs and wants. I would definitely recommend this program and all the CNU personal trainers. They also have stretch therpy which is the most incredible stretch. I hope you check them out.

This is the best thing I could have done for myself. It is not easy but it makes me want to do better with each visit. Will is very patient and has a wonderful gift for encouraging me to keep pushing. I really love it! The whole experience - Will, the workout and new friendships make it a fun and rewarding experience. I like how you go in and get your routine finished within a time slot and leave feeling good about yourself.
