If they had a zero for a star, that’s what I’ve picked. They are the worst plumbing service I’ve ever dealt with. They came to the house to unclog my kitchen sink and instead of doing it the professional way by opening the pipes and unclogging the pipes that was clogged. They just poured a chemical down, thinking that would do the job. When I got back home, the sink was still draining. Slowly did not seem that it was unclogged like it should’ve. They left a chemical and they said pour this down once a week and it’ll clear it right up. That never happened and when I called them back again, they came back out to the house and did the same thing all over again...read full review

Our experience with Benjamin Franklin plumbing of Milford was truly 5 star.Tankless hot water heater professionally installed within 24 hours of first call. Matthew was so very knowledgeable and helpful in our time of need with having a water emergency on New Year’s Eve. Listing states local/Milford. When I called she said she's in Dover. Then when I ask about service in Felton she stated not sure if techs go that far. After I explained Felton is only 15 miles from Dover she stated she's in Wilmington. Don't advertise you're local if you're not. Don't lie about location. I'm finding someone local to do business. Also found out they have locations all over Country so I guess by local they mean this Continent.....
