The team at CAVA...where do I begin? Phenomenally patient and compassionate. Knowledgeable and very willing to explain everything in a way that is understandable. I am a questions queen, especially when it comes to my furbabies, my loves and they professionally, patiently, and respectfully answer every last one of them. (A couple times, I went in with notes to remember all my questions. They may have giggled, though probably not, but they stood there answering each one)

I love that I walk into their office and I know they are going to take such good care of all of us. When they wrote on their bios that they love their patients....those aren't just words--every one of their actions demonstrates exactly that. Even the spicy kitties who have alllllll the opinions.“

“Dr. Shapiro was amazing! I brought my son's bearded dragon in because he wasn't acting right, not eating, not drinking and just different. They fit us in for an emergency visit. After a review of the patient's questionnaire, Dr. Shapiro spent nearly an hour examining him...which turned out to be a her!, reviewed needs, diet, behaviors...answered tons of questions, showed real concern and empathy. She treated her so well, so gentle, so kind. She took her time, gave me tons of information to read and told me to call anytime with questions.“

“Compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable staff. When we had no idea what was wrong with Jack (cat), they were very empathetic and examined him thoroughly. When it came to making the decision to put him down and end his suffering, they were so compassionate and respectful of our decision, allowing us to take all the time that we needed.
