Carl is a true professional! I contacted Strong Heating and Colling LLC after a recommendation from a friend and was not disappointed. I had another company tell me that I needed to replace the condensing unit & coil of my AC saying the compressor was drawing high amps and had a locked rotor. Carl came out the same day and through a thoughtful process of troubleshooting was able to determine that it was just a bad circuit breaker. After fixing the issue he checked to ensure the system was operating properly and answered all of my questions. Carl is amazing and extremely responsive. I used him about 6 months ago for a strange noise coming from my condenser (the outside fan unit). He asked me to text him a video and he immediately came over. Our system is almost 10 years old, so he went through a couple options until we decided what to do.We had him out again 3 weeks ago for a checkup. We lost a pound of freon, he topped it off and we planned to see him in about 6 months to check if it is still leaking. Well, the whole HVAC stopped working 2 days before Memorial Day just before we were in for a stretch of 90 degree days. He was here the afternoon, next day. Everything about this company was impressive from the beginning! Carl was very diligent and got in touch with me quickly. He was very receptive and caring to my situation and made it easy to schedule an appointment. He even showed up early and took the time to explain everything to me. Work was completed on the spot with a very reasonable price. I will recommend this company to anyone I know looking for HVAC services. Thanks again Carl :-)
