Compassionate, experienced and knowledgeable staff. When we had no idea what was wrong with Jack (cat), they were very empathetic and examined him thoroughly. When it came to making the decision to put him down and end his suffering, they were so compassionate and respectful of our decision, allowing us to take all the time that we needed. They even followed up afterwards with a card signed by some members of the staff.
We are new to the practice but have had an amazing experience. We've used the spa (wonderful) and had our 9-month-old wire-haired fox terrier's shots done here. Middletown Vet also spayed her. It is certainly a busy practice and we've had short waits for appointments, but everyone is always very kind and takes the time with us, as needed. We are preparing to have Sunni boarded here for the first time at the beginning of March. We have selected a suite for her stay. I will be sure to update my review after we pick her up!
