While the service is good, the attitude and the talking about consumers is ridiculous. I have a translator on my phone and it picks up what they talk about and it's not nice. I put my earbuds on to hear it while there. If you tell them something is not right or you'd like them to change something, it's an attitude like you're not paying them for their service. I do love the outcome of my nails but the really need to work on customer service.

Not sure why so many low ratings. Typical strip mall type place. Was able to get right in without an appointment for a basic pedicure ($35). Polishes are a bit hit and miss with some looking old but easily found a color. The technician was friendly and the leg massage was top notch. Don't live in this area but will return when back this way.

Self CareI called prior to going inside, the esthetician was available, she took me in the back, waxed my brows. She did a great job! She gave me the mirror to view the work, I would have given them three stars, however the mirror was "filthy".Service: Waxing
