“I recently went to Smith Stylez to get a color, retwist and style. My first impression upon my first call the store was “very professional.” It was very simple to accommodate my schedule. I was nervous about the color as every other stylist advised me I would need to bleach my hair to get the vibrancy I was looking for. However, after sending the picture of the color I wanted I was met with nothing but confidence that it was a color that could be done without bleach as bleach damages your hair. Upon my arrival to my appointment I was greeted immediately and met my stylist 20 seconds later. I was in the stylist chair 1 minute after I walked in the door. I was met with a kind environment and the stylist and owner took time to explain why they didn’t need to use bleach in my hair and what process they were going to do.
