Got my first tattoo this past weekend at Tough Luck in Lewes, DE with Olivia— she was super welcoming and incredibly talented, super fun to talk to and did a fantastic job with my tattoo. She was super quick with me and my two friends, and the tattoos are super great quality and look fantastic. All three of us are super happy with the results and talked non-stop about how great she was the rest of the day. Liv was great, I would definitely return!!

My wife and I got matching tattoos for our 29th wedding anniversary. Kris did an awesome job. He poured his heart into them, focusing on nailing every detail. He even asked us to come back once they've healed to make sure the details match. Great guy and a great experience all around! Will definitely be coming back!
Cleanliness: The facility was very clean and visually interesting. Everyone there was friendly and welcoming.
