I had major back pain, so I made an appointment with Dr Z. TOMKO 4 week ago. Omg I can now go grocery shopping without pain. Sit in a chair and have a meal without getting up in pain. First State is the best.
I have been a patient at 1State Health and Wellness in Lewes, DE for over a year now seeing Dr Tomko. He is an excellent chiropractor and extremely knowledgeable. He is thorough in his examination and treatment and demonstrates good exercises to follow through on my treatment plan. I have recently begun using laser therapy on some chronic muscle issues. I wasn’t sure if it would be helpful in chronic cases like mine but was willing to try it for 2 weeks to start. I was pleasantly surprised to notice less pain in my hip and lower back area and more flexibility as well as my left shoulder/upper back area.
Started treatment for lower back pain with Dr Tomko a little over a month ago. My pain has diminished in just this short period of time. I am now back to taking one hour walks pain free.
