I spoke to Jamie the owner on Sat June 22. Informed him that our flooring had water damage and needed to be removed and replaced. By Fri June 28th at 1pm we had new floors. Now that's a fast turnaround anywhere !! AAA customer service !!! Brad the installer is a master of his craft !! Highly recommend and will gladly due business again with Casual Carpet and Flooring.
We are extremely happy with the product, installation, price, service and quality! We have a 1650 SF house and the dark colored laminate was showing water damage and making the house look even smaller! We chose a light LVP and the house has transformed. Very happy and highly recommend!
Jamie and his team did an outstanding job replacing carpet in 3 bedrooms in our home. Jamie gave us great advice on selecting new carpet, and his installation team was excellent- fast, professional, great quality work.
