“We purchased a parcel of land in November of 2023. Lance initially carved out a driveway and prepped the site for our barndominum. Fast forward to May of 2024 Lance began the finish work for our project. Lance backfilled around our building, installed a culvert pipe for drainage, raked the yard, and spread asphalt millings on the driveway.

Lance is extremely talented at what he does. Lance always answers the phone and shows up on time. On both occasions Lance went over and above what I asked him to.
