Confusion when checking in. One person said I had a reservation and the other said they couldn't find it. After 10 minutes they figured out a different stylist was available so I could switch but there would be no time to wash or dry my hair. Not a problem because I had just washed it. The cost was $77.00. Considering my last cut at this salon was $40.00, this was a shock. When I questioned the charge I was told the price went up in April. The stylists are great but I'll be looking for a quick cut somewhere else.

I go to Jenn D. for my highlights/cuts. I am always happy when I leave, she does a beautiful job. They always place a hot towel under your neck when the wash your hair, which feels amazing. The front staff is friendly and the don't push product, but I do get my product from them. I've seen people complain about their prices, but I find them to be comparable to other salons in the area. I would definitely recommend.

So disappointed. This is a supposed high end beauty salon. I had a 10:30 appointment. Arrived at 10:20 and at 10:50 asked for an update Re. My stylist. Front desk person said oh sorry. She had a customer who wanted foils and we weren't aware. She's in the process of doing the foils. My question: Any idea when she'll be done ? Response. No. Might have tried going there again had I received a.phone call apologizing for wasting my time but nothing. Very disappointing.
