“I have been working with Above & Beyond for more than three years. Over that time we have had service contract inspections, an emergency repair for our AC unit, installation of a mini split system, and a replacement of our 13 year old HVAC unit. In all circumstances, staff from the person who answers the phone, the service technicians to the installers from Above and Beyond were responsive, professional, and did the job right the first time with no hidden or outrageous costs. I will continue to have Above and Beyond as my HVAC service provider.“

And REASONABLE ‼️‼️‼️ y’all stop using these big companies that charge a arm and a leg and you STILL HAVE ISSUES LIKE I DID. “The technician was "EARLY" for the appointment (needed stove and ice maker looked at)... We were very surprised and HAPPY! Howard was professional, very polite, friendly & honest! (We had already had a neighbor look at it - but wanted a professional opinion.) He told us the problem and offered solutions that included his company doing the work but also ones that we could find others to do at a cheaper price. We were VERY happy with the service and the cost of the estimate (NOT once did the employee we spoke to to set up the appointment EVER say it would be free...) We would contact this company again for help with our appliances if we ever needed help again. 5 stars! :O)“

“Our HVAC unit went out late in the day, called them and Joe came found out the problem and got us going until he could get parts. When he came back had the unit back running in a hour’s time. Joe was very nice. even put on booties to keep house clean when he came. I would recommend them to anyone who needs service.“
