We called them in the first place to fix our crawlspace door on a house we bought. He gave us a price that was so much cheaper than any other company. He was responsive and answered all of my questions throughout my experience. We knew the crawlspace needed to get done. He gave us a quote after I asked about what he think we could do. And gave me different quotes for different price points. He ended up doing a full encapsulation for us, sump pump, dehumidifier and once again spoke to us throughout the whole process. They did our crawlspace fast. We even messaged him again because where we decided to have the sump pump dump out turned out to not be the best spot. And he came out agreed that it wasn’t a good spot and extended the pipe out to where it needed to go. I will continue to go with this company for any issues! Excellent work!
John returned my initial call in a timely manner. He came when he said he would. Pleasant and professional.Cleaned carpet with terrible odors and staining. We purchased a parcel of land in November of 2023. Lance initially carved out a driveway and prepped the site for our barndominum. Fast forward to May of 2024 Lance began the finish work for our project. Lance backfilled around our building, installed a culvert pipe for drainage, raked the yard, and spread asphalt millings on the driveway.
Lance is extremely talented at what he does. Lance always answers the phone and shows up on time. On both occasions Lance went over and above what I asked him to. Lance has a passion for his work and it shows because both projects have turned out amazing. Lance will have our business for life. If you need any work done please call him, you won’t regret it!

I have been working with Above & Beyond for more than three years. Over that time we have had service contract inspections, an emergency repair for our AC unit, installation of a mini split system, and a replacement of our 13 year old HVAC unit. In all circumstances, staff from the person who answers the phone, the service technicians to the installers from Above and Beyond were responsive, professional, and did the job right the first time with no hidden or outrageous costs. Our house is just over a year old and has been having issues with septic alarm. I called the company multiple times, who installed (not Willey &co), and they blamed us for using too much water. I got tired of their poor work and decided to call Willey & Co. The lady in the office was way helpful and absolutely amazing to work with. Even though I had not been a customer and said it wasn't an emergency, she was checking if they could come out the same day, and this was 230. After looking into scheduling she called me back with Zack and he explained they could come out but would have to charge me because they didn't install it ( even said he felt bad for charging me if they did come) and offered me technical questions to ask the actual company who installed the system so it would not cost me anything. Being how upfront, honest, helpful, and willing to take the time to help me over the phone, I decided to have them come out and pay them. Zack called me multiple times to keep me informed when they would be at my house. Tech was at my house within the time given to me. Seth was completely professional and helped me understand my system. We find a simple relay bad replaced it, and all is perfect now. I 1000% will recommend them to anyone, and I will be using them for any septic needs I have in the future. Especially to the folks who bought their house threw oakwood homes.

We became customers of theirs after needing an emergency pump years ago, we were 18 year olds who had no idea how to care for the home we acquired after a death in the family, and in hindsight, could have easily been taken advantage of. They came to us right away, took care of the backup, gave us the how-to’s on keeping up with a septic system, and we are so very grateful! We now use them at our new home and are always happy to recommend them to any friends and family.

John at Absolute Plumbing is amazing! He spent much time on the phone with us discussing our problem, and came exactly when he said he would! He is thorough, even spending time explaining to curious kids what he was doing. When his quoted price was more than the work he thought it would take, he cut us a small deal on the end cost which speaks to his integrity and honesty. Will absolutely recommend and reuse for any future plumbing issues!
We can't say enough about this company! I would give them 10 stars!!! We had a problem with the electric going to our pool. This is only the second year we have had the pool! The electrician for the pool company was non-responsive until we finally called the pool company three times. That contractor lied about several things and finally said he would come out in another week and a half! Here it is after the middle of June and we haven't been able to use our pool. My husband found a business card for Resurrected Electric from when we built our house. We can't remember who recommended them unfortunately. The owner took pity on us and came out the next day. He said he would come in the morning but then we had several heavy rain storms. He called and said he would be out in the afternoon! Whatttt?? A contractor who communicates??communicates??? He even showed up as promised!! He researched the problem and repaired it that same day!! I thought this is going to cost a fortune but no...... We were amazed. I would recommend this company to everyone for their quality of work, general professionalism, and of course responsiveness. They were very nice to deal with and the pricing was unbelievable. We were in a real bind and would have paid whatever we needed. In having recently built a house and dealing with so many vendors, this customer service is just very unusual. It is so reassuring when you run into honest and hard workicompanies who take pride in their work. By the way, as it turns out the electrician who installed the pool, didn't bury the line according to code. I CANNOT give enough stars to Lindsey.I walked in there with a poorly self- done curtain bang that needed repair as well as bad coloring from another salon and she fixed both! A few weeks ago, I went to an “upscale salon” to get balayage. Long story short- the stylist ruined my hair(1st pic), didn’t provide the service and still charged the service price. It was an awful experience. I was just going to BFA for a trim to fix my bangs, and when I told Lindsey what had happened, she told me she could fix it! She pulled my natural color from my roots down to cover the harsh bleach lines and blended it with the highlights. Basically she did a reverse balayage AND IT WORKED(2nd & 3rd pics)! My hair looks so great and my confidence was boosted. I feel so much better and have received a lot of compliments. Lindsey knows exactly what she’s doing and I plan to go to her for all future hair endeavors✨Also, don’t cut your own hair kids. No matter what Brad Mondo says ✌?Services: Haircut

I was terrified and ashamed to come and see the dentist my teeth were a mess from when I was in my active addiction. Now in recovery every time I smile I feel nervous in the back of my head questioning what others think. I cried in the office and he didn’t make me feel like a loser addict no he treated me like a human being and took the time to really explain my options and where I needed to go from there. He gave me a high five and told me having 5 years clean was amazing and was just truly empathetic. If you’re feeling similar and looking for a dentist I recommend him.
