“Bartlett Tree Experts was to my home on two different occasions over the past few months. The first time was for tree trimming and pruning and they did an outstanding job. The second visit came when I decided to have a tree cut down with both that and a much older stump removed and ground. The gentleman did an excellent job and was wonderful about cleaning the debris from my lane/garden and filling the hole in the garden. He also raked and filled in the hole from the older stump. “Very prompt reply to online request for firewood. on time delivery of cordwood the product was superb and at a fair price. we received four cords as we burn wood as our primary heat source in the winter. “First, be sure you clarify on the contract whether your coupon applies to the quoted amount or has already been applied in the quote. I have used them for years and usually only get a quote from them without getting any other quotes from their competitors. My first 3 quotes had the coupon subtracted from the quote upon payment. My 4th quote, when I was ready to pay after the work, I was told by one employee that the coupon only applied to cash payment, like someone has thousands of dollars in cash, and then the estimator and a lady in the office said it was already subtracted during the quote and they both started yelling at me without allowing for me to engage in a calm discussion; all over a $100 coupon for a $2350 job. This job was a complex one around electrical lines requiring a bucket truck; Delmarva came and cut the most dangerous branches so Mitsdarfer reevaluated the job providing a lower quote but it still was a challenging job around electrical lines. I was impressed that the 3 workers completed the job safely in under 3 hours.“
