HUGE shout out to Brian for helping Lisa and I sell our house in Delaware. We live in Colorado and the unit has been a rental for many years. Turns out there were a lot of issues with the house after the last tenants moved out. Brian took point and arranged contractors to get everything fixed and helped us through MANY hurdles to ultimately get the house sold. It wasn't an easy process for either us or Brian but I can't imagine having done it without his help. I owe this guy MANY drinks 😂 Can't recommend Brian and his team enough; you can't go wrong!
