Having throughly researched the property, neighborhood and the appropriate comps, Marcus was very well prepared for our initial meeting and made lasting impression. Throughly professional, throughout the process , he offered us candid advice about the home, the sale process and set the appropriate expectations. The photo and video work were first rate and he was accommodating on all our requests. We went away for long weekend and upon our return he had multiple offers in hand.
