Tony was wonderful and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Jim came out for pricing and was super polite and professional. Tony and 2 others came out today to install our new unit, they were wonderful. Cleaned up after themselves, explained how to use the new thermostat and even wore booties inside so they didn’t track dirt in. This is the second time we’ve used Collins and we’ll be a customer from here on out. 10/10 recommend.“
