“We had problems with our Goodman heating system since January 2023. For some unexplained reason It would shut off every few days. We would have to flip the switch to get it running again. We contacted a large company & between Jan-April we had 3 different servicemen check it. No one could figure out the problem, yet we were getting hit with service charges & nothing was repaired!In April we contacted Matt from County HVAC ( he came highly recommended) He cleaned the dirty flame sensors & said since we wouldn’t need the heat until October, we would see if this worked. Come Fall it continued to shut off. Matt changed a few parts as recommended by his supplier, then contacted TECHNICAL SUPPORT. Fast forward to January 2024… with Matt’s persistence he figured out the problem & we now have consistent heat. It’s a family business and they take pride in their work.
