My initial contact with the company was Kyle who provided my estimate after physically inspecting my roof. (Some companies take the easy way out by using satellite views of the property) Kyle was patient and answered all of my questions. I am a veteran and was pleased that a military discount was offered. Again the service and finished product are excellent.
Kyle and Rob, owners of Grand Exteriors, are very reliable, proficient and honest professionals, with a good product who knows their business of roofing. Their team was on time and respectful of our property in replacing our roof. The team cleaned up the debris and finished the job in daylight hours. Their price and timeline estimate was spot on and we paid when the job was completed. They are a 5 star experience and you won't be disappointed.
Great experience from original meeting to look at job to clean up and departure. 7:00AM to 8:00PM to finish in 1 Day. So pleased we rounded their payment up to next even thousand and gave them $20 for each of their 7 employees
