Coverdale Farm isn't open to the public all that much. We like to attend "First Fridays" where the farm is open to the public on the first Friday of every month. There is live music, food service provided by a local restaurant, soda, beer, wine, and canned cocktails, and beautiful area to walk around in. There are very limited picnic benches so it's a good idea to bring chairs or a blanket. There is also a little shop that sells local bread, produce, ice cream, and other things. It's a fun evening.

Coverdale Farm is a fun place to visit. Visit the farm shop to purchase locally grown and locally sourced food items. There is a mix of perishable and non-perishable items. Bring a cooler if you have a distance to travel. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable. Stroll around the farm to view the animals, landscape, and architecture. This is a great place for birding, too. A parking lot is available on both sides of the store.
