How do they not get more stars? They're customer service is fantastic! We've had great experiences with Pep Up; estimates, installs and filling. Five stars all day long!

Smelled a leak from my tank, called Pep up (my propane provider) and they were out within a couple of hours, diagnosed the problem and made the repairs. I have been very satisfied with their service department and propane prices......hope the new owner does not change things!

Due to a faulty thermostat and heating/air system, I ran out of gas this morning.While Saturday and offices closed, I left a message on their emergency line and within 15 minutes I received a call back.The women I spoke with (wish I had gotten her name) could not have been more understanding and kind. Within 2.5 hours Pep-up was in my driveway filling the tank, used for heating/air, fireplace, dryer, hot water heater and stove top. Mark the technician filling the tank (bone dry) was also very friendly (he was at his daughters soccer game when called in) , knowledgeable and no “attitude” about being at my home for emergency call.
