Finally, a home care company that is well staffed, available every day of the week (office staff included), conscientious, hard working and companionable. Since October 2020, I have gone through seven home care agencies. As of May 2023, I have used HomeWell Care Services, Georgetown, DE. It has been seven months at this point. I have never been left without help. Typically a full day fill in when my usual care giver found it necessary to call out. I only had one occasion where a full day was unable to be covered but still a caregiver stopped by between clients to handle necessary items and make sure I was set to be self sufficient. I really love my caregiver. She is reliable and always goes above and beyond. The office people always handle all of my questions and concerns. I would recommend the services they provide to any of my family or friends.
