Rude and unprofessional. The store has a ten dollar minimum for credit card purchases, which is illegal. The person working the store saw me pull out my card and immediately walked away rudely stating the ten dollar requirement. Don’t visit this establishment and only support businesses that value you.

Shopped at this store, going down the little aisles with barely no products, I got a few things, placed it on the counter, and then went back for another item. Wow the owner talked on the phone the whole time. I get to the counter to pay and he tells me my payment has to be in cash. You €%!*+/! Watched me the whole time and never said one word. The only reason I even went into the store after reading all the other bad reviews is because there was not a hair and beauty supply store near me in Millsboro Delaware. But I rather take the 35 minute drive and go somewhere else.

Rude. Ignorant. Racist. Impatient. And lacks heavy communication skills. Went here for the first time and the Asian man rushed me and told me he “didn’t have time” for his product inquires and pricing while there were ZERO people in the store. I left all my things on the counter and WOULD NEVER support this business again. This truly showed me that there is an open market for a hair store in this geographic that would far more profit towards woman of color and woman as a whole!
