We used Matt's for a commercial job in Fenwick Island - both paving and seal coating work. Matt's was great to work with. They were flexible when we had to split up the work due to construction and space availability, they offered solutions to a couple of obstacles we encountered and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Pricing was competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.
