Coty worked diligently, spent little time going back to the truck for tools, and all work was completed successfully.
Have been a customer of Custom Mechanical for many years. They have installed and serviced my heating and cooling equipment honestly and fairly. I have also called on them for plumbing maintenance and repairs.They may not always be “cheapest” but my experience has proven them to be very economical over the long term. Getting the appointment was very timely. And the service tech arrived as expected. He wore shoe covers to protect our floors. He was also friendly and went about his business in a professional manner.
During Labor Day weekend, Frederico arrived within 90 minutes of my call to the emergency line. He got the HVAC system running after cleaning the drainage system and cleaned the surrounding floor area which was waterlogged. He corrected a drainage pipe which was too short to work effectively and recommended a new thermostat to alert me to trouble in the future. Frederico is knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.
