Then, to our surprise, he said there was no charge: it was a free inspection. Hey, what's not to like with this company?“

Less than an hour later, they restored A/C service to my home. Signed up for their bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement, Danielle in Customer Service was prompt, polite and courteous in setting up the plan and scheduling the technician to come out for our first maintenance visit. Technician did a very thorough job and even offered some guidance on keeping my HVAC operating efficiently. Overall very pleased with Custom Mechanical's service and highly recommend them.“
