This used to be owned by the legend himself Lem - but the company that has taken up the challenge since he has retired has done him proud! I have a beloved old fashioned Kenmore Dryer that stopped heating and Ben fixed it up and cleaned my dryer duct just right! Not a computer board on it and only dials and one button - this Kenmore is reliable and worth taking extra care!

We used Matt's for a commercial job in Fenwick Island - both paving and seal coating work. Matt's was great to work with. They were flexible when we had to split up the work due to construction and space availability, they offered solutions to a couple of obstacles we encountered and were friendly and easy to communicate with. Pricing was competitive and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I hired Cypress Tree Care, LLC to remove two large trees on my property and trim another, all very close to my house and a storage shed. From start to finish, I had an incredible crew. They were at my property for 1.5 days and were very respectful of my yard and my neighbors. The trees were expertly removed without damage, the clean up was phenomenal, and the men were courteous. I'll be recommending this company to everyone in my neighborhood!

Built a dozen of poultry houses with Bunting & Bertrand and had a few issues 2 years later after warranty ran out. Dale Jr. (Buddy) still sent his crew to the farm to repair them at no cost. Quality and integrity this man has them all and is highly recommended! Definitely keep coming back!
Note: I have built almost 100 (one hundred poultry houses in the past 20 years on the shore throughout other poultry farm builders. However, no one would have this kind of service once the final check is cut and paid in full.

I had an issue over the holiday weekend where my AC was not working properly. It got very hot in the house. Kevin, emergency tech came out next day and assessed. Matt Reid came out following day and quickly ascertained the real issue. He was quick, polite, and found source right away. And it was WAY cheaper than the quote! I signed up for a contract because I was pleased with both men and their professionalism.
I have used Custom Mechanical twice, once was for an unscheduled breakdown of my A/C unit over the summer. Called them and they send a technician to my house within 2 hours. Less than an hour later, they restored A/C service to my home. Signed up for their bi-annual preventive maintenance agreement, Danielle in Customer Service was prompt, polite and courteous in setting up the plan and scheduling the technician to come out for our first maintenance visit. Technician did a very thorough job and even offered some guidance on keeping my HVAC operating efficiently. Overall very pleased with Custom Mechanical's service and highly recommend them.
I am very happy with the our stairway remodeling project with the team at Kevertin Flooring. We wanted to replace the carpeted stairs with hardwood and now I have stairs that are updated and a classic design that will last for years. Matching the existing hardwood was tricky, but Kevin did a fantastic job!
Our AC stopped working in Selbyville. Custom Mechanical was highly recommended by a friend that lives near our house. We bought a Ryan home and just called the company that was listed under warranty for the unit. I won't mention them by name but they came and were atrocious. They wanted to charge over $1,500 plus additional labor. Custom Mechanical came and charged $519 for the entire job. I cannot say enough nice things about this company. From their dispatcher to the people that answer the phone to the people that come and do your work. Use them you will not get taken advantage of and they will be very honest. That is not easy to come by these days it seems.
Quick response, friendly technician, and thorough analysis and fix of our unit. We had a small Freon leak that was causing our interior coil to freeze repeatedly. The tech tested the unit, confirmed the diagnosis, and told me the options and pricing before getting into it. He found the leak, fixed it, and recharged the Freon all for a reasonable price.
