“We started having an issue with water spots showing up on the ceiling of our master bedroom after multiple days of heavy rains. From what I could see, it looked like the collar around the vent pipe had cracked. I called and Robert came out to check it out, and said he could repair everything while he was there. That was fantastic, since we have never had a company do same day work. The work he did was fantastic and even explained exactly what he was going to do.
