“We have a closed loop geothermal heat pump. It's 10 years old. A leak developed in one of the fittings attaching the loop to the unit.Phil came over and replaced the fitting and flushed the loop. He did a perfect job, charged a fair price and was a pleasure to talk to.This is a big deal, because people who do this are few and far between and they aren't all that helpful. “Our toilet was leaking water into the flooring around the toilet base. I telephoned Eashum first thing on a Monday morning, and was pleased to get a repair window of 12-2 that day. The tech arrived well within the window, and quickly went to work, diagnosing the problem cause. He asked if I had seen water dripping into the crawlspace below the toilet. I advised him that I didn't think so. To completely examine the issue, he took the time and trouble to go into the crawlspace area (not a lot of fun, that), and discovered that when the toilet was flushed, the dripping began. The complete repair was soon finished. For all the he did, the price was quite reasonable. And, here's is something of note. This same toilet had been repaired for the same problem a couple of years ago by a large and well-advertised firm. My wife was home while the repair was made, and those doing the work replaced a number of items within the toilet tank (which were, in turn, only a few years old, and clearly did not need replacing). They also advised her that the toilet was several years old, and probably would need replacing soon, and they would be glad to provide estimates for the job (!). With Eashum, there was none of this. The entirety of this experience with them easily earns an "A+++++" rating, and my future business!“

“We came home last week to a stuffy house and ended up needing a whole new ac unit. Collins Mechanical came out the same day we called. Tony was wonderful and explained everything to us and answered all of our questions. Jim came out for pricing and was super polite and professional. Tony and 2 others came out today to install our new unit, they were wonderful. Cleaned up after themselves, explained how to use the new thermostat and even wore booties inside so they didn’t track dirt in. This is the second time we’ve used Collins and we’ll be a customer from here on out. 10/10 recommend.“
