I've only had good experiences with Westside. I can usually get a sick appointment the day of or next day, and my providers have all been very professional and nice and helpful. I think the max I've waited in the waiting room for my appointment is 10 minutes, and the doctor usually comes in quickly as well. I love the variety of providers they have, so I can get all my medical needs met by the same place. The one minor issue I've had is it can be difficult getting a hold of your doctor if you just have a question over the phone. But overall I am very happy being a patient at Westside.

There is a nurse in the Dover office, Nurse Angel, who I would like to commend. She truly exemplifies your motto, "where we treat you well."I was billed for a blood test. Nurse Angel called Medicare on a conference call with me to determine why I was billed. We were on the phone for the better part of an hour during her lunch hour. After that, she made another call on my behalf.She made numerous calls to my home telephone and cell phone keeping me apprised of what was transpiring. Time had run out for me to appeal the decision.Finally, she told me that she had contacted someone who was resubmitting the bill to insurance and that it would take 30-45 days to process.
