Her class is so relaxed and comfortable, she takes time with you, shows you all the different levels of each move, encouraging, supportive, a great teacher. If you need some "me" time, give her yoga class a try. Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday morning ( my favorite way to start my Saturday). Class is in Smyrna. 1 hour per class.“
