Very responsive on phone and text. But we booked a month in advance and they forgot to come. I had an email and text confirmation too. They were going to send us a crew late after we called and texted, but not showing up wasn't ok and ruined our plans for the day. We didn't end up using their services.

The owner called me right away and set up cleaning pretty quickly. The condo was cleaned well and payment was easy throught PayPal.
