We needed a belt for my ancient Kirby vacuum. I called Bruce (owner/technician) and he had one in stock. He’s in Dover Delaware across the street from the new OC job lot. (He even put the belt on and cleaned the brush roller.) He is a personable & knowledgeable young gentleman and I would highly recommend him for servicing, parts of many vacuum brands or to purchase the Oreck brand vacuums he sells.

Don't let the small, hidden storefront fool you. While Dover Vacuums is tucked away it is chock full of over the top service and know how. I honestly didn't think much of what I'd expect bringing my Oreck in for service; but as soon as the owner, Bruce came out to address the issues I knew I was in good hands. Bruce has an overwhelming knowledge of everything vacuum; motors, belts, bags...he IS the vacuum whisperer! Not only did Bruce get my vacuum back to working as good as new; it's as clean and perfect as the day we bought it! All that for a great price and veterans discount! Everything this place does sucks, their service literally sucks . lol get it because vacuum cleaner sucks ohhh tough crowd. This place does good work for an honest fair price definitely come here to get ur vacuum fixed
