Josh was the technician that came to evaluate my central air conditioning system. He explained everything clearly and let me know my options of getting the problem fix. He appeared to be trustworthy and honest with his evaluation. Thank you Josh.
I’ve had a running condensation pump issue which caused my HVAC system to turn on every now and then. The young man came in and looked everything over and fixed the situation. He obviously let me know that there was buildup in a tube, which all my family members also had told me. But then he taught me a tip to reduce the burden of the build up again.
Great experience!! Good communication between scheduler, tech and myself. Most of all the tech was knowledgeable, friendly and expressed a sincere desire to get my AC unit back up and running.
