This is my second time dealing with LL Flooring in Dover, DE and I was even more impressed than the first time. One associate in particular (Anna) has always been very helpful and courteous. With my most recent visit, I was late arriving to the store to pick up my order due to some vehicle troubles. She was nice enough to stay past the closing time to ensure I received my order. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality flooring without breaking the bank, as well as outstanding customer service!
Was here when it was Lumber Liq. Different staff now. BUT Dang !! Friendly, Accommodating and Helpful!!... Wasn't expecting ALL that!! But Thank You!.. Smiles all around !!... awsum job ...
The customer service at this store was exemplary. The sales associate who helped me (I believe his name is Duncan) was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. The other associate, a young lady, was also extremely friendly. The prices were better than what is generally offered in big box stores. I would definitely shop here again.
