Dela African hair braiding found it difficult to follow my instructions on how I wanted my hair braided. Several times, I noticed her giving me the stink face as I stood up to see her work on my hair. She's jealous, unprofessional and she needs to learn etiquette and customer service. I paid her $200 for box braids which you can see my parts from the back of my head. My request was to make sure that my braids were full and she ignored my request also to burn the ends of my braids.
She's a jealous, ignorant, unprofessional want to be.
This woman is so unprofessional it’s ridiculous, it makes me wonder how she manages to still have a business. She overcharges and does not give you the style you asked for. Obviously she does not care how her clients feel about her as long as she gets paid. My first and my last time here
Won’t be going back, I got 6 cornrows with no hair added. & I did not like my hair when done, the braids were not neat, the pieces of added hair she used in the front of my hair for a better grip, was braided in horribly & showing out of the braid & not blended in well. Lastly, she used way too much product on my hair & the wrong type of product for braids, you shouldn’t use brown gel, let alone Jam…Jam is very oily based & doesn’t hold well on natural hair.
