love getting my eyebrows done here but i have come here 2 times in the past week during normal hours where it says they are open and the gate was shut. this time the lady was just sitting inside with the gate shut.

One time got my eyebrows done there and the lady was wonderful and was so quick with it and did them so nice. I always go there and it’s been almost a year and never disappointed .

So, lemme start off by saying when I am able to see someone, they do an amazing job threading my eyebrows. They listen to what I want pain in minimal. I've gone to two different people and my experience is always good when I get inside the store. However, their hours are not consistent with what they advertise. One time I came at 5pm and they were closed when their hours said 7pm. Today, the mall and the Brow Studio opened at 11 so I came at 12 to get my eyebrows done. There was a sign saying be back at 12:45. Then, I came back at 2:30 and the sign says Be back at 3:05. I personally find this inconvenient because they do not advertise to the customer that they will be closed for hours at a time during the day. I work mid shift so I sleep from 2pm to 11pm... I try to schedule my daily outings around the same time and it's unfortunate that this business closes and opens at its own leisure instead of remaining open for its advertised times. And it wouldn't be so bad except for the fact that everytime I try to call I never get an answer.
