Called them this morning at 9 am and they had a plumber out before 11 am to fix my kitchen sink drain pipe (which had somehow fallen off overnight). The plumber, Sean, suggested a few options with different costs associated to make the repair and then did the repair very efficiently. He was so friendly, proficient and patient. I would not hesitate to recommend Sean, or likely any of the plumbers associated with BF.Services: Plumbing pipe repair

This company was my 3rd phone call for a busted pipe in my home. I promise you they will be my first phone call if I ever need plumbing again. From the receptionist to the plumber they were all professional, down to earth, knowledgeable, and quick! The receptionist was the one who told me how to turn off the water in my home (yes I’m clueless when it comes to repairs on anything). She really eased my anxiety while the water is gushing out of the pipe onto my floor. She took my name and number and told me they will contact me when they are 20 minutes away.
