    After 3 months, approximately 11 phone calls, and promises that I would get my Cpap supplies, nothing received. They never call you back, I had to call them and received nothing but empty promises, have blue cross/blue shield. Their not the only sorely lacking supplier in the Cpap industry, I don’t understand how any of them make money, it’s a major hassle. Even called their corporate headquarters, never got any call back period from them, did all the paperwork, insurance information, and they completely wasted my time. I now get my supplies from VA hospital, believe it or not they actually are better than a for profit business.

    Waiting for six weeks now and the company did lie to me five different times saying my shipment will arrive tomorrow - when I finally received a tracking number I found out it had never left the facility that it had not even been shipped yet. So if you actually need the medical equipment you are using LOL I highly recommend you order somewhere else. I was even told I could not cancel it and they already billed my insurance company for something I did not receive so if you order from this company plan to pay out-of-pocket somewhere else once they screw up like they have many many times with me.
